Hob Nob recipe
This recipe for hob nobs is a weekly favourite in our house. We can´t buy hob nobs here in Denmark and these taste better!!! even better with a coating of chocolate. Good to dunk in a cup of tea.
8 oz s.r flour
8 oz sugar
8 oz porridge oats
8 oz butter
1 tbsp hot water
1/2 tsp bic soda oven 180 degrees 15 mins
Mix all ingrediants together, roll into walnut size balls and place on a sheet of grease proof paper on a baking tray. Flatten down with a fork easier after first minute in oven to flatten them. Makes about 20. Delicious!
