Its definately turned autumn now, the apples are nearly all fallen off the trees, so for the second year running i´ve made this gorgeous brown sauce and it does rival all known brands lol! we occasionally can buy it here but this is far nicer and lovely to make.To use the leftover apples ive baked a apple annd raisin tray bake which you can drizzle with icing if you wish! The plum wine got tried on sun night and is delicious ready to be bottled. Pics of Jaden too enjoying his pudding last night and cleaning his plate, the more we laughed the more he did it!!!!
