Spring definately here!!!!

OK thought spring was here in March but after the snow and cold we have had it was lovely to go for a walk today and see the trees coming into blossom, the fields freshly ploughed(a good sign!) and my first rhubarb ready to be picked. Looks like we will be having crumble or maybe make it into jam.Seen a good vodka rhubarb recipe which you have to leave it for a few months, so might be worth making some pink vodka i can drink after the baby is here!!!!I might need it to get through the first sleepless nights!
