Last nights dinner party

Last night we had our neighbours round for dinner, they love traditional food i.e. meat and potatoes. Last time we made roast beef and yorkshire puddings, this time we made Lancashire hotpot followed by a choice of deserts (OR ALL 3!!!) Brandy snaps filled with fresh cream, forest fruit pavalova and a desert called apple crump which won itvs best pudding award on a cookery show recently shown. None of the dishes I have made before, all were easy to make and looked and tasted delicious. Wish i had taken photos!
