Lagekage!!!! translates to layer cake.

ARGHHHHHHHHH! Got to make a lagekage today for tonights school party, all Kelseys class have to take one sliced up into 12.Made of 3 or 4 sponges layered up with fruit, jam, cream and a custard.Bought loads of fresh cream to whip and hopefully smother over to cover any disasters!!!should look like one of these below.No pressure then!!!:(
